Why Clean the Air?
-
The COVID-19 pandemic brought to light that surface-based transmission [germ theory] is vastly overstated as a driver for viral spread. In reality, many viral and bacterial diseases are airborne [to varying degrees]. Some of the worst “offenders” are SARS-CoV-2, Measles, and Tuberculosis.
-
None of us consented to a life of constant infections. By understanding how diseases are spread [via the air], we can then use tools and methods to reduce the chance they do so easily. We can choose to build a world with less illness.

People who are chronically ill or immunocompromised do not feel safe socializing indoors, as they are more likely to get sick from public interactions. Consequently, they are being excluded from our community gatherings. If we do more to ensure indoor air is filtered and ventilated, we make our events more accessible for everyone.
